*All sets have a five business day processing time. Please keep in mind, if a set is purchased on a Friday it will ship the following Monday.

*Returns and exchanges are not accepted. All sales are final(please double check that you have measured your nails correctly for a proper fit).

*Lost, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages:
Packages that are lost in transportation because of an incomplete/incorrect mailing address will be the purchasers responsibility and will unfortunately not be refunded. Shipments that are returned because of an incomplete/incorrect address will be shipped back once the purchaser pays the "Reprocessing & Re-shipment Fee".

Please make sure to double check that the address you provided at check out is correct, up-to-date and filled out completely. Please remember to include your lot/unit/apartment number when placing your order. If you find that you have provided an incorrect/incomplete address please contact me ASAP so I can correct the mistake. Unfortunately Once your order has been shipped, addresses can’t be changed.

*Photo Accuracy:
Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's color.
